May the almighty give you all blessings, prosperity, good health, and happiness always to the best actress who has redefined and created a benchmark in acting and the best I have worked with to date. I see daily your honesty in work as if it's your first day of work.
'Proud' of you, as my first show as director in 2000 was with you as lead,
'Proud' to see you grow from strength to strength as a good human and the best daughter, sister, wife, and mother. You made Anil ji, aunty, Ashwin, Vijay and Rudransh 'proud'. Just be this good human you are and the humility you have and immense desire always to work; your immense energy, desire and passion to work hard each day inspires us. You have the blessings of your guardian angel, Anil Ganguly, sir, who directed and produced the finest films, which I incorporate each day as a maker in all shows. 'Proud' of you as my mother, Deepa Shahi, became a producer with Anupamaa. I reinvented myself and became the best producer because of Anupamaa, Ishika Shahi, my daughter, became a producer because of Namaste America Anupamaa. The way you take care of all 'bezubaan' and the unconditional love you give all the animals is so exemplary. We all in DKP, Shahi and I, Shahi unit cast crew team and family, feel so 'proud of you'. Happy birthday, Rupali. Thu thu thu, thu thu thu, thu thu thu."
Deepa Shahi too wished Rupali and applauded her for living her life through the show Anupamaa and empowering other fellow women through the show, much like how Deepa Shahi is doing in real life. She said, "Happy birthday, Rupali. I'm very proud of you, and I feel so proud that I became a producer at the age of seventy-eight, five years back, with a show called Anupamaa. You gave the message of women's empowerment, the message about the role of a housewife in a household, everything that I always wanted to do and believed in; you made it happen as a brilliant actress on the show Anupamaa. Wish you all the happiness, and I am so proud that the values and the conviction I believed in and lived through in life made it happen on-screen. So I am very proud that through your on-screen portrayal I got to live a life that I believed in. You gave me the biggest empowerment as the producer of Anupamaa."
Ishika Shahi too shared her love and fondness for Rupali and especially talked about the bond they share because of their love for animals. She said, "Happy birthday, Rupali aunty. I feel so happy that you have always supported me and have been a part of all my endeavours. I always look up to you as the best human and actress. I get so inspired by you because you take care of the 'bezubaan' animals like your own, and it has made me love them and take care of them like you do. Happy birthday once again, Rupali aunty."
Rajan is full of gratitude for Rupali's involvement in not only their professional front but also personal front, where she became a friend, guide and mentor to his daughter Ishika and a friend and support to his mother Deepa. We wish Rupali a very happy birthday and wish her more success and prosperity in life.
